He has completed the following community programs to date:
Mr. Eilert is part of the Dade Heritage Trust Board of Directors and serves on the City of Miami Green Commission. He continuously provides pro bono services for various projects including the Fairchild @ Wynwood project, and serves as key advisor to the Miami Chapter of Architecture for Humanity. 
As a social entrepreneur, Mr. Eilert and SEA invests a portion of all profits in national and global organizations and in the local community. Current contributions include:
