Stillwater Residence

Future proofed iconic new understory designed residence.

The Jacobi Stillwater Residence is a newly completed 3,300-square-foot waterfront home designed around light, views, and effortless indoor–outdoor living. The house is organized as an understory design, with garage and entry foyer at ground level and a single, elevated living floor above—allowing the primary living spaces to fully engage the surrounding landscape and water.

At the heart of the home, an open living, dining, and kitchen area unfolds toward an oversized balcony, framed by full-length sliding glass doors that dissolve the boundary between inside and out. From here, the home overlooks the pool, seawall, and dock, creating a constant visual connection to the waterfront..

An expansive covered patio extends the living space outdoors, providing shaded gathering areas with direct views across the water. The primary bedroom suite is positioned along the waterfront edge, featuring generous glazing that captures light, views, and breezes throughout the day.

Two additional bedrooms share a well-appointed Jack-and-Jill bathroom, complemented by a separate powder room for guests. A laundry room and a flexible guest bedroom or office space complete the thoughtfully planned layout, balancing privacy with openness.

The result is a modern coastal residence that feels both relaxed and refined—designed to celebrate its site, enhance daily living, and frame the experience of water, light, and space.
